Skill Certification through assessment and testing is a systematic way of evaluating the skills of practitioners of a trade or profession to ascertain competencies possessed in a given occupation and forms the basis for a credentialing program in a particular craft/trade.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
For workers or artisans with hands-on experience but lacking formal qualifications, CTC’s Skills Certification program recognizes their prior learning, assessing their skills and awarding certification where appropriate. Eligibility Requirements
- Relevant work skills through education, training, or job experience.
- Workplace experience in the trade.
- Completion of an internship or apprenticeship program.
- Competency demonstration at industry standards.
- Successful completion of assessments or qualifying exams, such as those from NITA, IATA City & Guilds etc.
