Apprentice Programme focuses on on-the-job training across trades, allowing aspiring industry professionals to gain real-world experience. CTC provides work readiness orientation, work placement, and certification upon successful assessment.
Program Highlights
Apprenticeship is a system for training a new generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training and can also enable practitioners to gain a license to practice in a regulated occupation.
Apprenticeship programs cover a wide choice of careers, and they’re respected and in demand from employers. Because apprentices learn on the job while working for an employer and get real-world training, this means they get the required skills needed for that job role.
CTC Apprenticeship cover a range industries including; Building & Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Beauty, Textile, Retail, Healthcare, Transport, Engineering etc.
What’s included in Apprenticeship?
1. Work Preparation Orientation – to equip one with soft skills towards working life covering sessions including; Life Skills, Employability Skills, CV Writing, Interview, Preparation, Job search, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Inter-Personal Skills, Personal Grooming, etc.
2. Work Experience – Placement with employers to develop workplace skills that give someone meaningful work experience for a period ranging from 3-6 Months.
3. Skills Certification – Registration for Skills Assessment, Testing and certification by National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) upon completion of the requisite period of work
experience.

Graduates of Vocational Training Centres, Tertiary Colleges and beneficiaries of Youth Empowerment Programs.
